At Compass Wild, LLC, every item is made to order through our trusted production partners. This allows us to reduce waste and create products specifically for our community of travelers, explorers, and open-road seekers.
Processing Times
Please allow 2–7 business days for production before your order ships. During high-volume periods or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Times
Estimated shipping times vary depending on your location and shipping carrier. Most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Multiple Shipments
Some items may ship separately depending on the product type or fulfillment location. If this happens, you will receive separate tracking updates for each package.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order. Compass Wild, LLC is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at explore@compasswild.com and we’ll work to make it right.
